Do Sher (4), 1974
Do Sher (Two Lions), 1974
Do Sher is a Punjabi film starring Dharmendra and Rajendra Kumar.
"One of the few showcards not related to the Hindi film industry, this one represents the Punjabi regional cinema. The title and the central figure holding a shotgun suggests this film is about hunting, and yet the poses and facial expressions of the other figures indicate that tigers may not be the only thing being hunted. Punjabi regional culture is reflected in the bright rainbow-like colours that add drama to the photo cut-outs.
The film Do Sher (1974) was produced by Billa-Onkar-Amarnath and Bee-Dee International and directed by Sukhdev Ahluwalia. Music by Sonik Omi. Color, Punjabi, starring Dharmendra and Rajendra Kumar."
